Whispers and screams woke me from a dream
Seeing the dead was a surprise indeed
Looking aghast , No ! I cried is it time ?
We've come to take you to your tomb
death came while you were asleep
Cold decaying hands led me inside
Those long dead rose with pride
Taking my place next to a girl without a face
Melancholy filled the air as I looked around in despair
Then that voice came clear telling me why I'm there
There's nothing to fear after all we're all dead in here .

Patty I think that you and my husband would had got along very well and think also that he would had loved your work as it is always on the dark side .This is very good my friend and creepy.I think that you really should had joined some poem groups and got some recognition for these writings.
